His ears were victim to a home chop job, and he has a scar around his neck from what looks like an imbedded tie out. He sat in the shelter for months with no one coming to claim him until his foster parents saved him in November. A half year later, Gulliver is more than ready for his loving forever home! He hit the jackpot with foster parents who train dogs professionally. He comes with full obedience and free lessons for the adopter. His fosters have worked hard to train him, expose him to public settings and all kinds of people and dogs, and find outlets for his high energy level. More about Gulliver: * LOVES literally every person he meets. Loves when strangers pet him* Full on and off leash obedience training comes with him for FREE* Dog friendly. Slow intros recommended, but he lives 5 dogs in his foster home gets exposed to new dogs in training regularly* Kid friendly (although recommend older kids based off of energy levels)* Energy for days, would make an amazing run / hiking etc partner * He has dabbled in nose work for fun and really enjoyed it. He could be a really fun dog for dog sports* May be high energy but is very good at settling on âplaceâ* Would NOT recommend for a home with cats. * Potty trained* Crate trained

Meet Obie!

Obie is an adorable 8-month-old Australian Shepherd mix who currently weighs about 30 pounds and is expected to be around 40&ndash;45 pounds when fully grown.

Obie may look like he has a very serious face, but underneath that thoughtful expression is a very sweet boy who is learning that people are good&mdash;and that people come bearing treats! He is a little shy and is still building his confidence, but every day he is discovering that he can trust his people and that regular meals, gentle pets, and lots of love are pretty wonderful things.

Once Obie trusts you, his sweet personality really shines. He loves getting attention and will happily give you kisses to show you how much he appreciates you.

Obie absolutely loves other dogs and enjoys having canine friends around. He is playful and thinks toys and bones are great fun. A confident, friendly dog in his forever home could be a wonderful companion to help him continue coming out of his shell.

Obie is looking for a patient family who understands that trust takes a little time. Give him some patience, consistency, treats, and love, and you&#39;ll get to watch this handsome boy blossom into the happy, affectionate dog he is meant to be.

Obie is ready to find the person who will show him that he is safe, loved, and finally home.

Meet the Practical Magic Girls!&nbsp;

There&rsquo;s a little magic brewing at Greater Charlotte SPCA! Meet Dianne, Stockard, and Nicole, three adorable Husky mix sisters who are officially looking for their forever families.

Their mama, Sandra, is a beautiful Siberian Husky who has done an incredible job raising her three girls. Dad, however, has chosen to keep his identity a mystery, so we can&#39;t predict exactly how big these girls will be when fully grown or what other breeds might be hiding in their DNA!

Dianne &mdash; currently 11 pounds,&nbsp;&nbsp;Stockard &mdash; currently 8 pounds and&nbsp;&nbsp;Nicole &mdash; currently 10 pounds

These three little witches-in-training are typical happy puppies who are busy playing, exploring, wrestling with one another, and discovering the world around them. Their personalities are still developing, but there is already plenty of sweetness, curiosity, mischief, and puppy magic to go around!

As with any young puppy, their forever families will need to be prepared for everything that comes with raising a puppy, including house training, crate training, socialization, leash training, basic manners, and lots of patience and love.

And the timing couldn&#39;t be more perfect... 

Dianne, Stockard, and Nicole will be ready to head to their forever homes on November 1st &mdash; the day after Halloween!

No midnight margaritas required.  Just a family ready for all the fun, training, puppy mischief, and magic that comes with welcoming a new puppy into the family.
