Meet your new favorite movie buddy! Callaghan makes a wonderful companion for all, especially those who love to cuddle on the couch. Don&rsquo;t worry, even if you&rsquo;re active, Callaghan will make himself at home and nap in the comfiest spot.



He&rsquo;s not quite a lap cat but is willing to plop beside you.&nbsp; He is very curious (especially about human food) but in an overall mellow guy way. This probably comes from his senior status. He doesn&rsquo;t mind being picked up, loud noises, letting his humans make sure he&rsquo;s managed to clean his eye crusties, or getting his insulin shots. The only thing that Callaghan seems to have a distaste for is dogs. He&rsquo;s much better suited to be an only child, or have feline siblings.



Callaghan is your guy if you&rsquo;re looking for a loyal, loving, and cuddly companion. He wants you to know that his twice-daily insulin shots are easy to give and remember, especially if added to mealtime routines. Diabetes is no reason to overlook such a sweet boy.

Meet Sweet Dolly Darling&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Dolly Darling is a gentle, senior, 12 year old, Cocker Spaniel.&nbsp;In her golden years, she is looking for a simple life with a warm dog bed and a peaceful&nbsp;place to rest.&nbsp;Dolly is very timid and shy, especially in new environments.&nbsp;With limited vision, she finds comfort in calm spaces and a predictable routine.&nbsp;She may take some time to feel safe, but once she does, she will quietly settle in and you won&#39;t hear a peep from her.

&nbsp;

If you have a quiet home and a patient heart, Dolly Darling would love to spend her senior years keeping you company.

Root Beer is a 13-year-old male Lab/Weimaraner, 85 lbs, mix who has a serious zest for life. Don&#39;t let his age fool you &mdash; this distinguished gentleman has the heart of an explorer and the spirit of a loyal companion. His favorite pastimes?&nbsp;Car rides, leisurely walks, human attention, and&hellip; relocating his dog food bowl around the house. (Yes, it&rsquo;s his version of interior design.)

Whether he&#39;s trotting alongside you on a trail or cozying up for some head scratches, Root Beer knows how to make the most of every moment &mdash; and he wants to share them all with you.&nbsp;

Root Beer

Hi hoomans, my name is Doli, and I&#39;m in the prime of my life at about 11-years-old.&nbsp; Everyone comments on my sky blue eyes and thick husky-type hair that is every shade of gold you can imagine. My tail is like a fox&#39;s - thick, long, and curly. At 50 lbs, I am a fit and healthy girl&nbsp;



I am very chill and quiet. That doesn&#39;t mean I don&#39;t get excited because I do! When the &quot;hoomans&quot; come home, I do a fun little wiggle dance to welcome them! I would be a great fit for a shared wall situation (i.e., like an apartment of townhome) since I rarely bark. I LOVE being outside and like going on walks and car rides. When I am inside, I have the very &quot;bestest &quot;manners. I like the security of my crate, but I don&#39;t need to be locked in. I sleep in my crate, on the floor, or in the master walk-in closet that I think is my den. I wouldn&#39;t dream of chewing up anything. Well, maybe I would DREAM it but wouldn&#39;t DO it!

I am shy around new people but warm up quickly and have adjusted fine in my foster home. I am not a fan of other animals, but if I see them out, I ignore them and hope they go away!&nbsp;

Meet Suncrest&nbsp;&ndash; Sweet, Smart, and Ready for a Fresh Start!&nbsp;


&nbsp;

Suncrest is a lifelong Angel who entered foster care as a puppy in 2018 and was adopted into a loving home. After several happy years, he was sadly returned &mdash; but with some anxiety and leash reactivity. But don&rsquo;t let that hold you back &mdash; this boy is full of heart and potential!

&nbsp;

Since returning, Suncrest has started professional training and is receiving medication to help calm his busy mind. He&rsquo;s responded wonderfully, especially given his limited time and environment. But with consistency, structure, and a steady supply of cheesy treats (his favorite!), Suncrest is eager to keep growing in a calm, committed home.

&nbsp;

He&rsquo;s looking for an 
experienced, dog-savvy person
who can continue his training and provide the stability he needs. While he&rsquo;s not suited for first-time dog owners, in the right hands, he will truly shine.
