Sami is the definition of a velcro cat—his absolute favorite place in the world is right next to his human. Highly social, deeply affectionate, and wonderfully clingy, he loves to follow you from room to room, keep you company during the day, and supervise whatever you are doing with his striking blue eyes. ?Despite his constant desire for connection, Sami has a delightfully calm, quiet, and gentle temperament. He isn't chaotic or hyperactive; instead, he brings a soothing, peaceful energy to every room he enters. He is happiest lounging nearby, soaking up pets, and showering you with sweet devotion. Sami appeared out of nowhere in a local backyard one day, likely left behind after nearby encampments moved. Despite whatever hardships he faced, Sami never lost an ounce of his sweet nature - he instantly greeted his feeder with complete, heartwarming trust. Seeing how deeply he trusts and loves people, his feeder knew this special boy deserved a safe, permanent indoor home where he would never be left behind again. Given his social and calm personality, Sami can potentially fit into any home. Callie is such a sweetheart. She is very shy and timid at first but once she's comfortable she wants to be pet, she loves attention and love! You can call her name and she's purring almost immediately! When I first adopted her she was a very scared kitty but has really developed a sweet personality. She has also developed an anxiety with other cats. I have another cat that is much older and has been around the entire time, but Callie is not doing well and she needs someone that has time and love to give her because as of late I do not have that time to spend or give to her. An ideal home for Callie is full of love. She loves to be loved. She loves hugs, kisses, attention etc. Callie loves to be pet and I think she would do best around older children or teenagers because she tends to get scared of younger children. Callie has anxiety and she has been taking prozac for about a year now. She hasn't been doing well with the other cat I have and has been urinating outside of her litter box because of it. Callie is currently living in Sunnyvale, CA 94089 For more information & an online application go to https://www.peninsulacatworks.org/adoption/cat.php?id=2301 [ts=1791493242&src=rg]

We hold adoption events from San Francisco to the South Bay. Most dogs will be ready to go home the day of the adoption event. We accept credit cards and cash for our adoption fees. While adoption events are a great showcase for these amazing dogs, you don't need an adoption event to adopt a dog. Check out our adoptable pups, submit an application, and then meet them at their foster home!

We try to post the dogs that are attending on Facebook before the event, please visit and like us on Facebook.
