A Second Chance for Demeter: A Very Special Senior Heart

At 10 years young, Demeter finds herself searching for love once again. After being returned due to a growing family, this gentle soul is taking it all in stride, waiting patiently for a home that will commit to her for the rest of her golden years.

Demeter is truly one of a kind. Beyond her uniquely endearing face and soulful green eyes, she has a heart full of pure sweetness. She is a low-maintenance, loving companion who enjoys brushing, soft pets, afternoon naps, and the occasional snack. She has a bit of extra plushness to love, making her all the better for cozy snuggles!

Demeter’s Top 4 Favorite Things:

Brushing: She will sit happily forever if you keep the pampering coming.

Attention: She thrives on human connection and sweet head-pats.

Naps: A professional-grade snoozer.

Treats: She enjoys the finer things in life (hence the lovely "chunky monkey" figure!).

Senior cats make the absolute best companions—they come pre-trained in affection, chilling out, and loving unconditionally. Help us give Demeter the happily-ever-after she’s been waiting for!

Meet Neo — Your Little Explorer! If you’re looking for a playful, curious companion with an independent streak, Neo might just be your guy!

Neo loves exploring his surroundings and checking out everything the world has to offer. Bags? He’s in! Boxes? Absolutely! If there’s something new to investigate, you can bet Neo will be right there, ready for an adventure. Neo is good with dogs. He loves a good play session with his brother Robert and is always happy roaming around, doing his own thing. But don’t let his independent personality fool you! When Neo is ready to relax, he loves settling down next to you for some quiet company. And one of his cutest little quirks? He’ll happily let you rub his tummy! Neo is the perfect balance of playful, curious, and laid-back. He enjoys having the freedom to explore at his own pace but still appreciates being close to his favorite humans when it’s time to unwind. He’s looking for a forever home where he can explore, play, discover all the best hiding spots, and enjoy the simple pleasure of hanging out with his people. Could Neo be the perfect addition to your family?

Kitten Adoption Policy:

Kittens cannot be adopted as a solo pet, they must either go home with another kitten or join a home that already has a young, playful cat. If there are no other pets in the household, adoption of two littermates is required. Kittens thrive with a feline companion to help them learn, play, and develop healthy social skills. Learn more about Single Kitten Syndrome: https://furkids.org/blog/understanding-single-kitten-syndrome

If you’re looking to adopt just one kitten, please ask us about kittens who came to us as singles and are comfortable being the only cat.
