Rocky is the kind of dog who makes himself right at home in your heart! From foster:She got along with my dog very well. She played with him a little but her human is her main focus. She lays quietly in her bed while I watch tv or work on the computer. When I get up to do something or go somewhere she comes alive and becomes turbo charged. 

 

We never had any accidents in the house. She learned that she doesn&rsquo;t get to come inside until she does her business outside. She hates getting her feet wet, so she sometimes did her business on my deck so she wouldn&rsquo;t have to go into the wet grass. 

 

Though she did very well in her crate, I allowed her to sleep in a bed on the floor in my bedroom. It&rsquo;s rare that I allow any fosters to sleep in my room but I wanted her in my room while she was recovering from her surgery. Since she did so well, I let her continue. I put her in the crate whenever I would leave the house. 

 

She loves car rides. She loves snuggles. She&rsquo;s an incredibly easy dog. She does bark, however, when she sees anything that&rsquo;s not a part of her pac. it&rsquo;s a somewhat piercing and annoying bark. I was working with her and saw some progress. She&rsquo;s smart. 

Foster notes - She&rsquo;s amazing! Definitely a lap dog, she&rsquo;s only about 10 lbs, so it&rsquo;s easy to have her in my lap all the time. I bathed her and she&rsquo;s allowed me to clip away the matting in her fur. She&rsquo;s bubbly and sweet. No accidents so far, does her business outside but I have to go outside with her. Handles the crate well. Gets along with my dog. She will do well in just about any household.

Meet Johan!&nbsp;Johan is a gentle, sweet soul looking for a patient family that will give him the time he needs to blossom. While he&#39;s currently on activity restriction as he completes heartworm treatment, he has mastered the art of relaxing and is more than happy to spend his days soaking in the world from the comfort of a cozy window.&nbsp;Every morning, Johan has the sweetest routine. After breakfast, he heads straight to the window, waiting to be picked up so he can sit on his person&#39;s lap and watch the world wake up outside. Downstairs, he even has his own special chair by the window where he happily keeps an eye on the neighborhood. It&#39;s one of his favorite pastimes!&nbsp;Johan is completely house trained and loves treats, making him eager to learn and easy to reward. He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he trusts you, his loyal and affectionate personality shines through.
