Well look no further because Mewly&nbsp;Cyrus has been foster-approved with foster cat siblings to play with, a big calm olf of a dog to snuggle with, and two people to give kisses. Tiny baby Mewly came to us as an HBC (hit by car) kitten. After a little time to heal up she was sent to a foster home to be tested on her perfectness. Answer- absolutely perfect.&nbsp; This little gal races around as a ball of energy with her furry pals and after a bit she comes looking for a warm lap to nap on. She keeps her space clean and is very polite with little meow requests, whether she wants attention or more food, her voice resembles a little princess. She is not one to pick fights or be sassy but rather be brave and meet all her new foster friends with a desire to run around and play a game of tag.&nbsp; Mewly would do great with calm and gentle dogs, friendly cats, and friendly/gentle children. She should not be an only cat for she needs a friend to chase and snuggle with.&nbsp; She was born May 8th, 2026. If Mewly Cyrus is not spayed&nbsp;by the time she is adopted, she will be on a spay/neuter contract. She&nbsp;is microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. Hi, my name is Jupiter and I can&rsquo;t wait to meet you! I love everyone that comes into my home and I will make sure they know it with lots of kisses and snuggles. My favorite place to be is pressed up against someone&rsquo;s leg so they don&rsquo;t forget how much I love them. I am loyal to the core. The only thing I love more than my human friends is food. I love snacks and treats. I am a very smart girl and learn new commands very quickly if you offer me a treat for it. I take medicine every day which makes me happy because that means I get a piece of cheese or some yummy peanut butter to hide it in. De-lish!&nbsp;

Since I am a brilliant girl, I love brain puzzles that keep me from getting bored. Sometimes when I am bored I chew on things that aren&rsquo;t mine, but I&rsquo;m willing to learn not to. I like squishy rubber toys better than hard ones. I don&rsquo;t like kennels but if you let me sleep in bed with you, you won&rsquo;t hear an objection from me.

I love people, but dogs make me nervous. &nbsp;I would do best if I were your only furry bestie. Loud noises also frighten me like big trucks. I am very skilled at walking on a leash when given clear guidance. I had surgery on my back leg that left me with pins and a plate but you would never tell. My legs are nice and strong now and I love stretching them on daily walks. I am very polite and will let you wipe my feet off before coming inside our home if you ask for my &ldquo;paw.&rdquo; (I also know &lsquo;sit,&rsquo; &lsquo;lay down,&rsquo; &lsquo;wait,&rsquo; and &lsquo;off.&rsquo; Plus I&rsquo;m excited to learn more if you bring the treat bag.) &nbsp;Once I get inside I&rsquo;m quite the couch potato, especially if you will sit with me. As I said, cuddling is my favorite.&nbsp;

I am quite the slobbery gal but that&rsquo;s part of my charm! Just thinking about my dinner makes my mouth water, no chicken-based dog food please, it makes me itchy. &nbsp;I know my natural brindle coat is beautiful but I am a fashionista that never says no to being dressed up. I love going on car rides so submit an application and let&rsquo;s get cruising together on our lifelong adventure.&nbsp;

Jupiter&rsquo;s adoption fee is $250 and includes her spay, microchip, current vaccinations and preventives plus a free basic obedience course at Cedar Run Company in Hiawatha. Jupiter has TPLO surgery in March 2022 to repair and stabilize a torn ACL. Last Hope requires that all animals be kept as indoor pets, be altered and current on vaccinations and preventives for consideration. Meet Nika!&nbsp;This beautiful Husky girl has all the fun, spunky personality you would expect from a Husky! Despite having her life unexpectedly turned upside down when she came to Safe Haven with her sister, Iris, Nika hasn&rsquo;t let the change slow her down. She is playful, energetic, curious, and full of personality. She does have quite a bit of energy, so she is looking for a committed adopter who understands the needs of a high activity breed and is ready to provide her with plenty of daily exercise, mental stimulation, and continued training. Huskies are smart, active dogs who thrive when they have an outlet for all that energy, and she will need a family who is ready to make those things part of her everyday life.

Nika absolutely loves her sister and they share a special bond, but they do not have to be adopted together. They would make a wonderful pair for the right family, but she is also ready to find a forever home of her own where she can continue being her silly, lovable Husky self.
